Please ensure when bringing samples into the surgery that they are correctly labeled with your full name, date of birth, and the date the sample was taken.
Samples should be brought in the surgery no later than 3.30 pm; any samples dropped off after this time may be rejected and a repeat sample will need to be provided the following day.
